Hello and Stitching From Stash Report

Hello!

I've tried to writing the first post of my blog several times, all deleted.

Then, Mel from EpicStitching decided to organize The Stitching From Stash 2014 Group. I happened upon her blog while googling. I thought it was a great idea. I need My pocketbook needs me to stitch exclusively from stash this year. I'm really excited about it, rather than feeling deprived :-)

So, this month, I didn't buy any stash. I did however, buy a small bottle of "Glove in a Bottle" from my local quilt store for $6.something. While it isn't a supply like thread, with this winter, I'd consider the purchase an important supply. I've almost used up the entire bottle, and plan to purchase more soon.

So, what have I been stitching? I've been working on a Christmas pattern by Lizzie*Kate and Winter Snapperland. I have no pics, yet, because I haven't figured out all of that technology yet. Urban Amish fits me pretty well.

Now, ask me how long I've been working on these pieces. I've stitching on LK for about a year now, and Winter Snapperland, maybe two. It's rather embarrassing at how slow my actually progress is. That's how decided on the name of my blog. Adagio, in music, means slow. I'm hoping that this blog pushes me to be slightly more productive.

Well, I think that's it for tonight. It's late and I need to get to bed. Thanks for reading.
